These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, your class bookings, and participation in all studio services.
By accessing our website, purchasing a class, package, or membership, or attending a session, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully
1. About Us

2. Bookings and Payments
- All classes must be booked in advance via our online booking system (StudioBookings) or directly with the studio.
- Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
- Payments are processed securely via StudioBookings and its payment partner, Stripe.
- Class passes and memberships are for individual use only and may not be shared, transferred, or used by another person.
- Expiry periods for class passes or memberships vary depending on the package purchased and are displayed at the time of purchase. Expired passes cannot be extended or refunded.
- Class passes or memberships are valid only for the named client.

- You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are current and valid.
3. Membership Terms
- Memberships are subject to a minimum 3-month commitment.
- After the initial period, memberships renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- Cancellations must be made in writing or via StudioBookings at least 14 days before your next billing date.
- Members may pause (“freeze”) their membership once every 6 months for up to 4 weeks. Requests must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
- Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Memberships cannot be shared between individuals.
- Any classes not used within the month do not roll over.
4. Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers can be purchased directly via our StudioBookings link and are delivered by email.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- They can be redeemed for classes, memberships, or private sessions.
- Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
- Vouchers purchased in-studio will be issued with a unique reference code and recorded securely.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class start time.
- Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of that class credit or session.
- Refunds are not provided for missed or late-cancelled classes.
- The studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes when necessary (e.g., illness, holidays, maintenance). If we cancel a class, affected clients will receive a class credit or refund.
6. Class Attendance and Conduct
- Please arrive on time for your class. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes after the class start time will not be permitted to join for safety reasons and to avoid disruption to others.
- Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards instructors and other clients.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, socks must be worn at all times during classes.
- All clients are required to wipe down the equipment and mats after each session using the cleaning products provided.
- Mobile phones must be silenced during classes. Video recording, photography, or use of mobile devices during class is not permitted unless approved by the instructor.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately or in a way that disrupts others.
7. Health, Medical Conditions, and Pregnancy
- Clients must disclose any relevant health conditions, injuries, or physical limitations before participating in class.
- If you are pregnant, recently postnatal, or have a medical condition, please inform your instructor before class.
- Participation is at the instructor’s discretion, and you may be asked to obtain medical clearance before joining.
- All exercise is undertaken at your own risk, and you are responsible for working within your personal limits.
8. Minors
Participants under 18 must have written consent from a parent or guardian before attending classes.
9. Health and Safety Disclaimer
- Participation in Pilates classes involves physical activity and carries some risk of injury.
- By attending our classes, you confirm that you are physically fit and have consulted a medical professional if you have any concerns or medical conditions.
- You agree to take responsibility for your own wellbeing and follow all instructor guidance.
- Irene McNulty Pilates Studio is not liable for any injuries or damages except in cases of proven negligence.
10. Personal Belongings
Personal belongings remain your responsibility. The studio accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
11. Changes to Services and Pricing
We reserve the right to modify class schedules, pricing, instructors, or services at any time.
Where possible, notice will be provided via email or StudioBookings.
12. Payments and Refunds
- All purchases (classes, packages, memberships, and vouchers) are non-refundable.
- Refunds are only issued in exceptional circumstances at the studio’s discretion.
- Failed or late payments may result in temporary suspension of membership access until resolved.

We respect your privacy.
Your personal information is used solely for managing bookings, payments, and studio communication in compliance with GDPR regulations.
