Foundation (Beginner-Friendly)
Our Foundation classes are perfect for newcomers or anyone wanting to rebuild technique. You’ll focus on breathing, alignment, core activation and safe set-up at a slower pace with plenty of instructor support. This level gives you the confidence and control to move well on both the mat and the reformer. Most clients stay in Foundation for 6–10 sessions if training two or more times per week, or up to 3–6 months if attending once a week or recovering from injury. Progress when you feel confident with terminology, equipment setup, and form.
